Fundamentals Package includes 4 one-on-one Personal Training Sessions with a Focus on the Fundamental movements and methodology of CrossFit. We do offer small group training. If you would like to share this training time with others, please reach out and we can arrange based on how many will be in the group!
You do not need to be fit to start CrossFit. When you begin training, a supportive CrossFit coach will teach you how to move and adjust all workouts to your current fitness level. As you begin this journey, 3x a week of workouts is the ideal number of times you need to dedicate to see changes without overdoing it. We encourage those just beginning CrossFit to workout no more than 3x a week for the first 2 months .
